2. Registration and enrolment
- Registration is free. Submitting the registration form does not guarantee a place.
- We will contact you to discuss your child’s needs and confirm a suitable class.
- A place is confirmed once you have completed the enrolment form, accepted these terms and made the first payment.
- Places are limited to about 20–25 students per class and are offered in order of completed enrolment.
- You must give accurate information and tell us about any changes to contact details or anything that may affect your child’s safety or learning.
3. The programme
- Each student attends one live class per week on Zoom, every Sunday (Pakistan time): Primary 2:00–3:00 pm (60 minutes) and Secondary 3:00–4:30 pm (90 minutes), for approximately 35 teaching weeks in each academic year.
- The academic year follows the school calendar in Pakistan, with winter and summer holidays in line with school holidays, plus breaks for Eid. The full calendar and class times are shared with parents at the start of each year.
- We may make reasonable changes to timetables, teachers or curriculum materials to maintain the quality of teaching, and will give as much notice as possible.
4. Fees
Fees for the 2026–27 academic year are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
- Tuition: PKR 2,000 per session (one weekly class).
- Final exam fee: PKR 2,000, paid once per year.
- Registration: free.
Tuition may be paid:
- monthly: PKR 8,000 for 4 sessions;
- quarterly: PKR 24,000 for 12 sessions.
[Confirm how monthly payments are calculated across the 35-week year, e.g. charged for classes held, or a fixed number of monthly payments.]
There are no other hidden charges. If a curriculum book or student pack must be bought separately, we will tell you before you enrol.
5. Paying fees
- Fees are paid in advance, by the due date shown on your invoice, by bank transfer or another method we accept.
- Please include your child’s name as the payment reference and send us proof of payment.
- If a payment is more than [14] days late, we will remind you. If it is still unpaid after [30] days, we may pause access to classes and recordings until it is paid.
- Fees may be reviewed each academic year. We will give at least one month’s notice of any change.
6. Missed classes
- Recordings of each class are available to registered students so they can catch up.
- Fees are not reduced for classes a student misses.
- If we cancel a class, we will reschedule it or provide a recorded lesson.
7. Withdrawals and refunds
- You may withdraw your child at any time by telling us in writing (email or WhatsApp).
- Monthly payments: please give notice before the next payment is due. The current month is not refundable.
- Quarterly payments: we will refund tuition for complete months remaining after a notice period of [one month].
- The final exam fee is not refundable once the final exam has taken place.
- Refunds are paid within [30] days to the account that made the payment.
- If we need to end a placement under section 9, refunds are handled in the same way.
8. Behaviour and conduct
Students must follow the expectations in our Safeguarding Policy: arriving on time, being respectful, keeping class links private and never recording or sharing classes. Parents agree to support these expectations and the responsibilities set out for them in the same policy.
9. Ending a placement
We may suspend or end a student’s place if fees remain unpaid, if there is serious or repeated misconduct, or if continuing would put the safety or learning of other children at risk. We will always discuss concerns with parents first, except where a child’s safety requires immediate action.
10. Recordings, materials and intellectual property
- Class recordings and learning materials are for the personal use of registered students only.
- They must not be copied, shared, sold or published without our written permission.
- Curriculum materials from other publishers remain the property of those publishers.
11. Technology
Parents are responsible for providing a suitable device, internet connection and Zoom access. We are not responsible for classes missed because of problems with your equipment or connection, but recordings will be available.
12. Certificates
Students who complete the academic programme, including the annual examination, receive an annual certificate of completion.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us. We will acknowledge your complaint within [3] working days and aim to resolve it within [14] days. Safeguarding concerns are handled under our Safeguarding Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will tell enrolled families about any important changes before they take effect.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
